Religious Student Papers
"We are deeply challenged by our religious studies."

At various times throughout their religious studies, students are expected to write and submit papers that discuss and analyze some aspect of their thinking and understanding about religion.

This is a sampling of some of the Religious Student Papers written by students of the School of Religious Studies.  These papers have been selected by the faculty of the School for Religious Studies for presentation and sharing with all students and guests of the University.

Notes:
  • The paper selection process aims at presenting a broad range of perspectives and viewpoints.
  • The student papers selected are not necessary those which received the highest grades.
  • The objective is to promote a synergistic and challenging environment for educational thinking and understanding.
  • The objective of these papers is to explore in-depth those aspects of our religious beliefs, heritage, and struggles.
  • While most papers are the result of school assignments, the specific topics are freely selected by the students themselves.
  • In addition, the school accepts papers from students of other schools of study to further broaden class discussions and enhance the educational growth of everyone.
  • Students authors are not individually identified in order to protect their privacy and ensure freedom of expression.
