- Any enterprise (e.g., a corporation) may be nominated to be assigned an AFER score.
- Nominations may be requested by any member of the:
- University Student Body
- University Alumni
- University Faculty
- University Administration
- University Trustees
- The AFER Project Team will determine the acceptability of each request and prioritize the analysis and evaluation activities.
- In addition, other University supporters may request a specific enterprise be evaluated and assigned an appropriate AFER score.
- Such outside requests must be submitted to the AFER Project Team.
- Each request must be sponsored by a member of the team.
- The sponsored request must be reviewed and approved by the University Trustees.
- The requester shall be responsible for reimbursing the University for the full cost of collecting and assembling the necessary information.
- The cost of analyzing the data and determining the appropriate AFER score also must be paid by the requesting party.
- University policies, as well as common ethics, preclude the cost of creating the enterprise assessment from having any effect on the AFER score (or vice versa).
- The AFER Project Team will still be responsible for prioritizing and carrying out the data collection and analysis.
- The Trustees, at their option, may elect to waive a portion of the costs for consenting enterprises.
- However, the cost of any expedited processing cannot be waived.
|
- The data collection, assembly, and processing times (and costs) are typically proportional to the size of the subject enterprise.
