REVIEW SUMMARY
This book describes various rouge activities of the Vice President during the years 2001-2008. 
 
The book also describes preceding events and activities which, with full hindsight, were early predictors of many subsequent events and consequences.
 
The final chapter of the book discusses post-office activities of a rogue character.
 

 
This book should be "required reading" for Political Engineering students.
