   Fiscal Conservatism vs. Religious Conservatism

Facts, factoids, concerns, considerations: Some people are "Conservatives" because they believe the government is too big, there are too many taxes, and the government deficet spending is simply steeling from future generations. [1]   Other people are "Conservatives" because they believe that fundamental religious and moral values are being compromised in such areas as: Abortion Prohibiting prayer in public schools Sex eduction other than abstinence Homosexual behaviors Theory of evolution Other than literal interpretation of the Christian Bible etc. The latter group (religious conservatives) is fragmented as they do not all share the same views on some of these issues.   This is a "fully predictable result" of disagreement within "Conservative" political groups.
