Freedom of religion included non-religion or the absence of religion
Every conceivable spiritual persuasion must be protected and accommodated.
Separation of church and state is absolute.
We must eliminate all references to God from government publications, building, activities, etc.

Conservative concerns:

This country was found upon Christian principles.
(Ok, we include Judeo-Christian principles)
The United States has always combined secular government with a society based on religious values.
The religious values give us our strength and moral framework.
