Constitutional Rights and Privileges
COMMENTARY
The U.S. Constitution grants (guarantees) individuals certain rights.

However, there are many more "rights" -- so many more -- for which the U.S. Constitution does not provide.
In other words, they are not actually rights per se.  Instead, they are  privileges.

Rights Not* - Explicitly, no American has any "right" to the following privileges:
  • Job
  • Education
  • Happiness   (only the pursuit there of)
  • Money
  • Good health
  • Health care
  • Home
  • Shelter
  • Food
  • Long life   (only the start of life)
  • Liberty   (only the blessings of)
  • Friends
  • Family
  • Fame
  • Fortune
  • Wealth
  • Clean water
  • Safety
  • Transportation
  • Clean environment
  • Water
  • Electricity
  • Telephone
  • Broadband
  • Entertainment
On the other hand, large corporations believe that they (the corporate entities) have an inherent right to Fortune, Wealth, Money - without any government interference or restrictions -- all in the name of Capitalism and [their version of]  Free Enterprise.
In fact, no good patriotic American1 would want the average (or any other) American citizen (or potential citizen) to have any of these "non-rights" (i.e., privileges2) unless those persons earn them for themselves the hard way (or inherit them).
