As Pseudo-Capitalists, we believe in
ultra conservative, laissez-faire capitalism and in
corporate rights (including property rights)
enforced by a constitutionally-limited government.
We believe that, as a legal "entity," every corporation
is entitled to all rights offered by the U.S. Constitution.
- We believe in the right of every legal entity to be able to say
anything they wish, true or not, and as loudly as they want. (Art.I)
- We claim our right to assemble in any size power group as we desire, discussing anything we
desire. (Art.I)
- We claim our right to do anything not explicitly prohibited by the constitution.
- We claim our right to not have to do anything not explicitly required by the constitution.
- We claim our right to fully exploit our property (no matter who or what it is.)
Politically, there are states-rights and federal rights.
In either case, we believe that most rights should be given to public and non-public corporations for the better good of our society.
We support:
- Industry-created standards
- Business federations and similar industry alliances
- Unrestricted access to government representatives to better educate them
- Government incentives which promote business expansion and profitability
- Competition in a carefully managed and constrained manner
- Global operations to utilize lowest cost materials, transportation, and labor
- Limited Liability at all levels of business
- Freedom of choice in business associates (employees, suppliers, customers, etc.)
- Industry consolidation and simplification
- Uniform pricing of our products and services
- Areas of industry-coordinated marketing
- Public-subsidized business infrastructure
- Privatization of common resources
- Private development of public lands
We oppose:
- Corporate or other business taxes (including head taxes, export taxes, import taxes, income taxes)
- Property taxes on profit-producing property or any property owned by a corporation
- Government regulations on our businesses, be it
tobacco, asbestos, cocaine, carbon-products, marijuana, transportation, guns, alcohol, high-interest rate loans and other credit, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, pyramids, sex, gambling, or anything else at which we can make money
- Price controls and other monetary limits
- Forced disclosure of ownership, suppliers, customers, and other "associates"
- Anything that would limit our ability to selectively maximize our profits and growth
- Competing with other than our "associated" industry peers
- Unfair competition from organizations with lesser profit motives
We consider the following to be champions of many of of our causes:
- The Corporate Lobbyist Society of America
- Chambers of Commerce
- Those registered Republicans and Democrats with whom we share some mutual goals
- The Medical Insurance Industry
- The CCC
- Rupert Murdock
- Oil and Gas Industry
