University Student Chapter of
Young Corporate Liberals
We are the Corporate Liberals.
We are the new Liberals.
We are the true Liberals.
And we are really liberal

We reject:
  • Classic liberalism
  • Social liberalism
We believe:
  • Every corporation is entitled as a "legal entity" to all rights offered by the U.S. Constitution, and then some.
  • Most constitutional (and other) rights belong to public and non-public corporations for the best good of our society.
  • In liberally granting corporations all or more rights and benefits than individual citizens.
  • In liberal government  "of the corporations, by the corporations, and for the corporations."

  • In liberal corporate growth to ensure corporations can become and remain "too big to let fail."
  • In liberal spending of corporate funds for political purposes to ensure and further enhance the benefits to the corporation.
  • In very liberal compensation for corporate executives.
  • In liberal exchange of corporate directors.
  • In liberal government bail outs of corporations which fall on hard times.
  • in liberal use of subsidiaries to better "isolate" our operations and profits.
  • in liberal use of bankruptcy to shed unwanted debt.

  • in liberal privitization of government operations.
  • In liberal government spending via profitable government contracts to corporations.
  • In liberal collection of taxes as long as they do not have to be paid by corporations.
  • In liberal regulations that ensure the profitability and well-being of the corporations.

  • in liberal development of government lands by private corporations.
  • in liberal use of oil, gas, and coal (and other natural resource) reserves.
  • in liberal risk-taking in the development of wild and human habitats (at little or no risk to the developing corporation).

  • In liberal "utilization" of employees, customers, and local government personnel.
  • In liberal off-shore, out-sourcing to maximize corporate profits.
  • in liberal downsizing of senior positions in favor of younger, "more cost-effective" labor positions.
  • in liberal acquisition and use of the work of small inventors, writers, and artists, with minimal payment.
  • in liberal private control of patents and other intellectual properties.
  • in liberal use of "minimum prices" for consumer products.
  • in liberal use of price "enhancement" whenever the opportunity presents itself.
  • in liberal extensions and waivers for pollution cleanup and other compliance actions.
  • in liberal "management" of the global markets.
We support:
  • The liberal guaranteeing of constitutional rights to corporations.
  • The liberal taxing of middle and lower class individuals.
  • The liberal overtaking of smaller businesses by larger corporations.
  • The liberal trading of favors.
  • The liberal spinning of reports, advertisements, disclosures, press releases, and other communications.
  • The liberal winking at corporate affairs and other indiscretions.
  • The liberal making payoffs by states to selected corporations (to restrain labor trade with other states.)
  • The liberal using of political communications (mail, e-mail, blogs, tv, radio, internet, flyers, inserts, pop-ups, robo-calling, etc.)
  • The liberal out-spending, out-shouting, out-voting individuals.
  • The liberal hiding under-the-cloak of conservatism.

  • The liberal redistribution of wealth,
    • From the poor to the rich.
    • From the weak to the strong.
    • From the small to the large.
    • From the individual to the corporation.
    • The liberal survival of the strongest.
As corporations:
  • We claim our constitutional right:
    • To assemble in any size power group as we desire, discussing anything we desire.
    • To do anything not explicitly and specifically prohibited by the constitution.
    • To not have to do anything not explicitly and specifically required by the constitution.
    • To liberally "utilize" our property (no matter who or what it is).

  • We have liberal support from key Democrats.
  • We have liberal support from key Republicans.
  • We are the liberals who have the real political power and, yes, we want more of it.
