The following describes the Final Exam for the School of Political Engineering.
Test of Political Factoids
Ten (10) political factoids will be selected
by the faculty from those political factoids
collected by the students.
Prior to taking the final exam, students are
encouraged to practice with random selections
from the
From the ten identified factoids, you are to
select any three (3) of your choice.
For each one of the three factoids:
If you believe the factoid, please describe why you believe it.
If you disagree with the factoid, please describe why you disagree.
If you believe the factoid - but do not like the situation
it addresses, then please describe both:
Why you do not like the situation?
How you suggest the situation be changed?
How do you suggest that change be accomplished?
While some factoids may be quicker to answer than others,
they may not yield the highest scores.
The more challenging the factoid, the more potential points.
Generally, it makes little difference whether you pick
factoids you agree with, or ones with which you disagree.
The test results will depend upon the strength
and validity of your argument(s).
(This is like the closing statement in a court case.)
You might have expected we would have
compared this test to arguments before
Congress. However, here at Zo^o University,
there is no SuperPAC or backroom team of
lobbyists supporting you.
Optionally, you may answer up to two addition factoids
from the list of ten.*

You will receive credit for your three highest scoring answers.
